The Mississippi Gulf Coast

A marina at sunset with boats docked, small buildings with umbrellas, and a sandy beach in the foreground. The sky is painted with soft yellow and orange hues.
A colorful mural featuring a large fish with intricate scales, surrounded by flowers, butterflies, and hands holding a mirror, painted on a corrugated metal wall.

Bay St. Louis, Waveland, Diamondhead, Pass Christian and the coast east to Biloxi, about an hour from New Orleans.

The Homes

Raised cottages and older homes in Old Town Bay St. Louis, houses along the beach and the bays, newer construction built to current elevation standards, condominiums with Gulf views, and homes on the bayous with room for a boat.

Before You Buy

Confirm the flood zone and ask for the elevation certificate. Get wind and flood insurance quotes early, before your inspection period ends. If the home has a pier, confirm it was permitted and built as permitted. Each city and county has its own building rules, so know which ones apply to the address.

My commitment to the Mississippi Gulf Coast, and to New Orleans, is reflected in how I represent the homes and the people here.

As a Global Real Estate Advisor with Crescent Sotheby's International Realty, I combine local knowledge with international reach to help sellers position their properties and buyers understand the communities they're considering.

Every home deserves a strategy grounded in its architecture, its location and the market around it. That takes more than an agent content with the status quo.
