The Neighborhood
Gabriel Estates, also known as Gabriel Subdivision or Gated Gabriel, is a guarded, gated community of custom single-family homes in Kenner, along Lake Pontchartrain and close to Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport. It was built on the Kenner site of the Jefferson Downs race track, which operated there from 1971 until 1992. The custom homes give buyers a range of architectural styles and layouts to consider.
