What Is Your Home Worth?

An old white house with a front porch, four columns, and a broken window with paint peeling. There are trees and shrubs surrounding the house and a brick pathway leading to the front door.

How I Prepare Your Valuation

Interior under construction with unfinished wooden stairs, brick wall, window, and lush green plants outside.

I Start With the Property

Online estimates work from records and averages. I look at what they miss: condition, updates, layout, the lot, and the details that set your home apart on its street.

Old two-story house with peeling paint, boarded-up windows, and a rusty brick chimney; surrounded by lush green plants and a garden area with a table and chairs.

I Compare Real Sales

I measure your home against recent comparable sales nearby, adjust for the differences that matter, and look at the active and pending homes a buyer would compare it to today.

Backyard scene with colorful yellow house, lush green plants, tall palm trees, a round table with a blue checkered tablecloth and a pineapple centerpiece, and garden chairs.

I Show You the Reasoning

Years in banking taught me to show the work behind a number. You get a price range with the reasoning behind it, and what could move it: updates, timing and presentation.

Request Your Home Valuation

An online estimate can't see your home. I prepare each valuation from the property itself, its condition, updates, lot and location, measured against recent comparable sales. Share a few details here, and I'll follow up personally, usually within one business day.
